Parking

Parking at the hall iimited to the hard-standing to the left of the building and on-street parking. The driveway should be kept clear at all times except when loading/unloading.

WiFi

There is  internet access throughout the hall and is included in the booking fee.

Disabled access

The hall offers step-free disabled access through double doors at the entrance and fire escapes to the front and rear of the building. We also have a fully equipped toilet for disabled visitors with an alarm system.

Kitchen facilites

The hall offers a recently refurbshed modern kitchen with an island unit, hob and oven, a large fridge freezer, diswasher and hot water urn. All are included in the hire fee.

Crockery

Please remember to bring your own plates, glasses, cups and crockery if required for your event.

Decorations

We are happy for hirers to bring their own decorations for parties and events as long as there is no damage to fixtures and fttings in the hall. Tea lights in safe containers but the use of free-standing candles is prohibited.

Alcohol

If you intend to sell alcohol at your event you will need to apply to the village hall. If approved you wll then need to apply to Oxford City Council for a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) in the hirers name.

Music

We ask hirers to respect our neighbours by keeping music to a reasonable volume at all times.

Leaving the hall

Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum when your event has ended and your guests are leaving the hall. We also expect the building to be left in a clean and tiidy condition with rubbsh being removed before the hirer leaves.

We ask all hirers to ensure that they have read and understood our safeguarding policy.
